To create a new page with the include page template...
- Go to File > New
- Under New Page choose From Existing Page...
- Select the page_template.htm file in the root of the web
and choose OK.
To change the title of a page as it is displayed in the Page
Banners and Navigation buttons...
- Switch to Navigation View
- Right click on the page you want to change the title of
and select Rename
